Im here to help! Self Love can be a challenging topic, especially when we feel different from everyone else.
Trust me, I know. Growing up being told there was so much wrong with me, I pushed so much down into my shadow basement (especially my anger!) and it has taken me years to bring those parts of me back out, and now I realise much of that "weird stuff" are my absolute best qualities and the things I like most about myself.

We'd like to think love is only the nice stuff, but to truly love ourselves, as really we are, we have to love ourselves as we are, the parts we dont like, the parts that dont "fit in" and the parts that hurt. It is the 

During these 7 session we will explore the following topics:

Mindfullness and Self-Awareness
Devotion
Anger
Forgiveness
Boundaries
Compassion
Gratitude and Appreciation

To give its full effect, I recommend you listen to one a day for a week, that way you have time to integrate and digest each lesson.
