We will do the Soul Retrieval together, and I will be with you every step of the way, but as we are not in the same physical location, it would be great if you can set up your own space so that your body will feel safe to relax and surrender to the process.
What you need:
Crystal
Sacred objects
Cleansing and smudging tools
Watchers/Protectors
Quiet undisturbed place
Blankets, pillows, cushions, an eye mask/eye cover
Headphones
Precautions:
Do not drink alcohol or consume other intoxicants at least 24 hours before and after, preferably longer.
Remember to be careful in sharing the experience with others. Wait at least 24 hours after your journey before you talk about it.
If you are guiding someone else, careful in sharing your experience with your client. What you say may disturb them, so please be mindful of what you say after.
The Place:
For every journey it is always important to create a safe, comfortable and undisturbed container for your work. This is creating sacred space. It is essential to having an effective journey.
This is WORK. Just like all craftsmen need their workspace and tools, Shamans need their sacred space. It needs to be private, secure and comfortable.
It is best if it is quiet and a little away from the main areas of your home. You will need at least 20 minutes. Download the audios so you can put your phone on airplane or at least do not disturb mode. Remove any distractions. Arrange the furniture, pillows, blankets and whatever else you need.
The Space:
Now lets prepare the spiritual space. Set an intention for the space to be sacred. Cleanse or shield (listen to your intuition for what needs to be done). Make sure both your energy and the space are clear, safe and protected.
Intention:
Create your intention. Why are you journeying? What do you want to achieve?
If this calls you, please listen to and read the below:
I believe we all participate in soul taking and soul giving on some level, and we do it for a variety of reasons. But the results are the same: the taker is burdened with unusable energy that slows down his or her process, and the one who lost the soul is missing a source of vitality.
The belief that we can use another person’s light, power, energy, or essence for our own good is a misunderstanding.
Certainly, you can reflect an individual’s light and power, but you cannot use them as a source of your own energy.
Taking another person’s soul or giving away our own
does not provide clarity on our own life purpose.
It does the opposite.
The bottom line here is that one person cannot use another’s soul as a source of power, energy, light, or love. In fact, one cannot use someone else’s soul for any purpose. Each one of us must reach inside ourselves to find our own power sources.
