Are you ready for a deeper and more connected Yoga experience than ever before?
In this first 8D Audio only Yoga class created especially for sensitive neurodivergent souls, you can let your eyes rest and allow your inner vision to expand so that you are able to tune in to your own, first hand experience fully and completely.
It is so easy to get distracted by everything that we see around us, and especially when doing Yoga classes, we can easily get caught up in comparison and confusion. Not to mention how often we end up mis-aligned from turning our heads to look over at the teacher.
These 8D audio only classes will help train your deep listening abilities.
Not only because you have focus to follow to the audio instructions (dont worry, everything is very beginner-friendly and clearly communicate - You Can Do This!), but also to deeply connect with what your body is communicating, which entirely sensorial.
The aim of this 8D session is to create stability, and our 'drisht' (focus) is inward.
Note: Cordless headphones will be the best option for this class.
You can keep your eyes closed or open, entirely up to you. Blindfolds are optional.
